- Introduction to Craft Chocolate and Bean-to-Bar process
- Tabling & Seeding method demonstration
- Hands-on tempering using methods taught
- Chocolate bar painting, moulding and decorating
Duration: 2.5-3 hours
*NOTE: Classes are available for ages 16 and above only
We will be limiting each booking to 2 pax per group till 24 October 2021, in line with the latest COVID-19 regulations. Masks will have to be worn at all times and each group will also be socially distanced at 1-metre apart.
