This workshop will bring each student through the vigorous process of making a chocolate bar from scratch, the ingredients inside a chocolate bar, how to properly temper the chocolate and then mould it. They will also be learning how bean-to-bar chocolate differs from mass-produced chocolates and the difference of single-origin chocolates.

 

This is a full-day course spanning over 3 days.
