Participants will get to know the in-depth process of making a chocolate bar from scratch. In addition to that, they will be exposed to the world of chocolate and how bean-to-bar manufacturing is very different from the factory-line making of chocolate. Participants will be tasting of chocolate from different origins and be discussing the different flavour notes. A tempering and moulding demonstration will be done as well.
This is a 3-hour course.
