  • YES! We do deliveries islandwide at a flat fee of $15. Any purchase order above $80 will be entitled to FREE delivery.

  • No, we do not. However, you may contact our team for availabilities and arrange your own transport/pickup courier during our opening hours!

  • As we use a third-party delivery service, you can expect your order to reach you anytime from 12-7pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Due to high traffic during Public Holidays, Special Events and Festive Seasons, we seek your kind understanding in case of any delays.

  • Once you make payment and receive an order number (eg. #1004), it means that the order has been confirmed. Kindly expect your order on the date you have chosen!

  • Changes to delivery address have to be made at least 48 hours before the chosen delivery date.

    Eg. Delivery date is 11 March, kindly submit any changes latest 9 March.

  • Kindly email photos/videos/screenshots of your order confirmation, along with your order number (eg. #1004) to hello@lemuelchocolate.com. Our admin team will assist you with your order issues.

  • We are not certified Halal, however, we use alcohol-free ingredients and all our products do not contain pork, lard, animal products and any alcohol-based flavourings. Gelatin used will be fish-based.

    All alcohol (eg Tanglin Gin) is made off-premises and kept separate from all our food products and kitchen.
